I just bought a Teraflex 9550 steering stabilizer and installed it about 2 weeks ago. Last weekend I was changing my oil and tranny fluids and noticed that the stabilizer had a bead of clear oil about to drip where the rod meets the body of the stabilizer. I wiped everything down and check it again the next day after driving to and from work. The clear bead of oil is back. Anyone else have any problems like this? Is this normal because the ss is bran new? Help! I'm thinking I'm going to send this one back for another and I was missing the sleeve for the bushing that was supposed to come with the 9550. I just pinned the old sleeve out of the stock ss and used it with the Teraflex. What do you think I should do?

PM Joe at TeraFlex, if there isn't any damage to the shock body and it is still leaking I bet Joe might give you a replacement.

When mine leaked the oil was green!

You can drive around with it leaking a little bit for a while. I did.
I say it's clear but on a white towel, it does have a green tint to it. I'm thinking I'm going to have to call and exchange.

I still have to install mine, tera flex is good at standing by their products.

I had the EXACT same problem. Just PM teraflex and send him pictures of the leak and you'll get one right out to you. I don't know if it was because of my 40s but mine was leaking too and my new one hasn't had any problems yet.
