Default 2 inch lift 333x10 auto trans

Have 2007 jk with 4,10 and danna 44 rear. I am installing a 2 inch suspension lift and 33 x 10 tires on 16x10 rims with 4.5 backspace. ? 1 Will I have any tire rubbing issues or wheel well clearance issues. ? 2 Will I expect a big power loss because of the 33 inch tires. Any help would be nice.
Sorry one more ? have an autmatic Trans I have heard I will need a computer flash for the bigger tires, is this true.

Nope, you will not have any tire rubbing with this setup and no, you will not experience a significant power loss with this setup. In fact, it is a very good setup and I think you will be quite happy with it

I would not go with a 10" rim. You will not be able to air down at all off road.
