I have a stock JK 2010 with a 4" lift on 35" tires. I need to increase my gas milage
what are my options on a budget? Should i chip it, cold intake it,gear it or super charge it? I need about 4-6 mpg.

If you have an automatic, regear to 5.38s (the lowest for a non-Rubi used to be 5.13s, but I have learned that Richmond Gear now makes a 5.38 for a JK Dana 30).
If you have a 6 speed, regear to 4.88s.
Trade your tires for all-terrains and run them at about 30 psi. Also, run the lightest wheel/tire combination you can find.
Run a Superchips Flashpaq tuner.
Don't drive over 60 mph.
With the right gearing and setup, you can get as high as 23 mpg at 55 mph, 19-20 mpg at 60 mph, and as high as 16 mpg in town.
Don't carry any excess weight.
