Default hi-lift jack and stock bumpers

i know this is a very newb question. but how do you use a hi-lift jack if you have stock bumpers? i want to go wheeling this summer and looking at my budget, im probably going to be running my stock bumpers still. worst case scenario, if i need to jack my jk up with a hilift jack. what are my jacking points?

You can jack from your rock rails. Also, hi-lift has an adapter for jacking from the wheel. The latter being a good option as you won't have to fight your suspension.

You can use your receiver hitch.....if you have one. Could probably use a chain with a couple of links and a hook at the end to help secure the jack.

Better yet your receiver hitch should have a shackle.

If you disconnect your front sway bar you ain't gonna get the wheel off the ground unless you are lifting the wheel. You would have the jack up so close to its max that it will be dangerous. If you pull the wheel up you can put rocks or whatever underneath it and go on your merry way.

If you want to change your tire pull the wheel up, put some rocks under the axle, pull the wheel and swap it and then pull the wheel up off whatever you were holding the axle up with. Alternatively of course use the bottle jack but you know that ain't always convenient!

When you lift, crawl under and ratchet strap the axle to the frame. Now when the jeep goes up....so does the wheel/axle.
