Default Any Ideas for Quick Emergency Top for DRIVING in the Rain?

I have an 08 Rubicon Unlimited (4-door) with COPS Nack Net for summer. Sometime we are caught in areas with sudden down pours and we need to cover up from windshield all the way back to the tailgate.
The Pavement ends told me that theirs could be used at speeds under 10mph and the material is a PVC light weight material.

Has anyone come up with an idea that can be a quick strap on. while allowing one to drive under 60 mph?

I have been thinking of a header with h/d material that can be strapped to the roll bar.

Any help would be appreciated.

Or you could leave your factory soft top on and just put it up when it rains?

Believe it or not, some people like to take their tops off completely so they can put other tops/accessories for the Safari tops etc.

I've been wondering about this too. Fortunately when I'm driving it's usually on the interstate, so an overpass could work. Other than that, just invest in some neoprene seat covers and a poncho.

Default pavement ends is not an option

I call a Jeep shop and they did a conference call with Pavement ends and they told me max speed was 6-10 mph and one of the sponsors stated 25-35 mps. Not manufactured for travel, just a quick cover. THANKS for the ideas !

Default Factory top won't work, I have it!

The webbing on the COPS NACK block the arms of the top so it will not work. Thanks for the suggestion. I just can't believe that with all the Jeeps out there that nobody has come up with a fix.

Maybe a channel like the piece that goes horizontal across the tailgate for the rear plastic window. Maybe I could design a channel (where the header goes) and use straps or snaps and work my way back with a vinyl top or sun umbrella material to the rear. Maybe a Rampage or Best Top Header.

Any ideas from the Jeepers?
