Default Fab Fours Stubby vs. Rugged Ridge Front Bumpers

I have been looking at front bumpers and like both the FF & RR anyone with experience about them to please tell me the pros and cons. I want both to have the grill guard and both to be stubby's.

Thanks

Granted I don't have the stubby but the FF is top notch. From the packaging, powder coating, fit and finish I have nothing but rave reviews!!!

I've had it for just under a year now and compared to my LOD rear it's generations ahead!! No metal on metal contact, no chipping or bubbling of the powder coating and the hardware is rust free.

Sure its more expensive but you get what you pay for.

I have the RR mod shorty, I really like the big d-rings, very military style compared to the FF. Easy install, and others seem to like the look (at least thats what they told me). One issue however i ran into was on my 2010 (so don't know if its the same on the 2011), is when i installed the matching front skid plate. on the older JKs the cross member bar was opened on the ends allowing for a full install, when on my 2010 they are capped off with a small hole (not big enough to fit a wrench). So if your also planning on installing a front skid plate, maybe something to look into prior to purchase. just a thought.

had my RR stubby + stinger for bout a month.. pretty easy instally and i think its great especially for the price! everything just works.. existing fog lights went in, bolts/holes mounted up, not extra cutting or drilling required, winch fits without addtional hardware, etc etc.
