Default 2010 rubicon unlimited

Looking to raise the beast about 2.5" swaying towards Teraflex my rubi is an automatic. Is there anything else that I might need besides the basic spring lift. Going to be running 33" tires have no intentions of going any bigger. Any suggestion or direction would be greatly appreciated would only like to wrench on the suspension one time.

I have an 09 rubi with 2.5 rustys and 255/80r17s I like the setup! winch and bumper weighed it down so i installed a one inch spacer up front. I think im going to remove the space see if i get better mpg(damn gas prices). It seems to flex real good and it is less expensive than other companies, so i was able to put the money other places. I am satisfied with my setup right now minus front track bar mount being stock.

best thing to do would be to read this https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/show...ery-Newbie-Has

if im not mistaken an auto unlimited might involve more than just new coils and shocks. I think cuz ur driveshafts are at different angles you might need longer ones. The link will tell you what you need to know!!!!

good luck

I don't think that drives hafts will be a problem with a 2 1/2" lift (especially if a 4 dr). I would add an adj. front trackbar.

My buddy has had drive shaft issues with his TF 2.5" lift. Twice in fact. I have not so it is a case by case basis.

I would add a rear adjustable track bar as well. That way, you don't have to drill to install the relocation bracket. Plus, if you ever go bigger on the lift, you will be all set with the track bar.
