Default For those with skyjacker and superlift lifts

Right now i have a 2007 2dr x with a 3 inch BDS suspension lift andf 35 12.50 nitto mud grappler. I want to run 37's but dont really want to run a body lift i love the quality of my bds lift i think its really beefy as far as underneath and i love the way it rides i just want to go taller. Id love to go for the RE 4.5 long arm but its a little pricey so i was lookin at the 4 inch superlift and the skyjacker 5 inch lift. One i know that people have had problems with the skyjacker track bar relocation does anyone know if thats been addressed? Also how is the qulaity of that lift and Two how is the ride on both the superlift and the skyjacker for those that have them? Would you have gotten them if you could go back and do it all over again i got my jk when it was new and im coming from a tj so of course there were tons of lifts out for the tj. Should i just wait and save for the Re or is the superlift and the skyjacker a good deal as far as quality and durability is concerned? Thanks

also with the superlift is anyone rubbing with 37 at flex? how much clearance is there because ive seen the rock cralwer 5.5 kit say it clears 37's and thats 1.5 inches taller so how are the 37's on the 4 inch?

Simply opinion but buy your 37's. Keep your lift you have and sell the 35's and buy tube fenders.

Let me try to help you with my input , i have been doing a lot of reading because I am going thru the same dilema , with so many products out there !!
well i came to a decision as far as lift kit goes , and I think that the best 4" lift you can get is the Superlift , nobody has complaint about it at least in this forum , very affordable($574w/shocks) and complete kit(inc front track bar) , great ride quality , with this lift as per Superlift you can run 37s x12.50 with a max of 4.75 backspace on wheels. i hope i can help with this input !!

I think you should really consider 4" lift if you want to go with 37's and have no rubbing issues , please correct me if i am wrong!!

Default suspension

All you need is the 4 coils, don't buy another lift kit from anyone. Call quadratec, and you'll be set. Enjoy the 37's

there is a forum member here that has a 3" black diamond kit and a 1" body lift and runs 37" fine. I have seen the pics of him on the trails, it looks like it works. but Out of those two I would chose the superlift .

I'm sorry but just because nobody has complained about this lift does not make it "the best 4" lift" you can get and seriously, it is FAR from being a complete kit even if it does come with a front track bar. (EDIT: For what it's worth, I would say this about any 4" lift made by any manufacturer especially if it came with all the same parts, or more specifically, part less).

Really?? What about longer shocks or sway bar links or brake lines or at least brake line extensions or an adjustable front track bar or adjustable control arms or even bump stop extension to match the height of the new coils? So far as I know, none of these things come with the BDS 3" lift and all of them are components that you really should have on a 4" lift. Heck, if you really want to get technical, you really should have a dropped pitman arm and some kind of track bar relocation bracket as well. At least, you'll want them if you hope to get your Jeep to drive/handle well.

Whatever kit you decide to get, I would highly recommend that you complete the kit you are looking at with all the components you need to dial in your ride (adjustable track bars, control arms, etc). Trust me, you will thank me for it. And, of the two kits, I would probably start off with the Superlift kit, ditch the cam bolts that come with it, replace them with adjustable upper front control arms and ditch the rear track bar relocation bracket in favor of an adjustable rear track bar or a new bracket that either welds on to the axle or drops from the frame.
