Anyone using painted rims as their aftermarket rims? I am considering as I have a red 2-door jk. Thinking of keeping everything red and black. Replacing both the front and rear bumpers with tubular black ones.

Was going with chrome (M/T), but the all black isn't bad? If so, would you use 16 or 17s with 35s?

 

Lot of people running all black. Take a look at the MY.Project-JK section and see what you like best. Tons of combos there. You can see what 16 vs 17 looks like. I like the 16 w/35 or 15 w/33, gives more tire.

 

I always sported centerline takeoffs on my last 2 Jeeps.

Black is very cool-
...These are almost all black but- the rock ring adds a bit of shine (that I like)
