Default Hercules tow ropes

I was in Rural King the other day and spotted US-made tow ropes.
Most pre-packaged tow straps I've seen were lovingly made with sinaean labor.

The brand was "Hercules."

I found a website. (towropes.com)

They even claim their hardware (shackles, hooks) to be US-made.

Anyone with knowledge or experience?

No personal experience with this brand, but...

There's a difference between a "tow rope" and a "recovery strap". Since this is in the "off road 101" section, I think you want a recovery strap with the loop ends (the hooks can become projectiles) and with some stretch built into it.

The only ones on that site that meet this description are the yellow ones called "Heavy Duty Nylon Tow Ropes".

They also have loop ends, without the hooks. (it looked like pretty much every diameter was available with a choice of loops or hooks)
