Default Nice

I like it! Do you have any photos with roof top camper closed? BTW, what does it feel like driving with it, is there a noticeable amount of added weight?

A few years back I had taken a break from owning jeeps and gave Land Rovers a shot at the title. One of my Rovers had a roof rack and massive arrays of lights, the wind noise was incredible from the lights and rack. I could deal with the noise, but my mileage dropped between 3-5 mpgs on the hwy. I have been contemplating doing a roof top tent, but not sure about the increased drag on my little 3.8L. At least the Rovers had some ballsy V8's under the hood. Anyway, great looking rig you got there, enjoy the roof top tent

BTW, is the rack part of the tent package or does the tent just mount to any manufacturers rack.

I'll be watching my MPG with this on, seems pretty aerodynamic and fairly low profile.

Cool AutoHome Update!

Ok, as promised heres a couple fresh pics and my observations with the AutoHome.
Well super quick to set up and pretty quick to pack up after you do it a few times, opens in like 30 seconds and packs up in a few minutes. I slept well in it, the mattress is pretty firm and I may want to add a pad to it. It's nice to have your bed all made up and ready to go. Didn't seem to hurt my MPG really I checked it between Salt Lake City and Green River, Ut and got like 18.3 which isnt bad for my rig especially going up and over Solder Summit on Hwy 6 "elevation 7500 feet". I did keep my speed to 65 or less though. It's about 120 lbs and was somewhat concerned about getting too top heavy but seemed fine, I was on some fairly decent 4wd trails in the Moab area, Top of the World, and Kane Creek most notably and it was no problem. I have it on a Body Armor with 2 extra cross bars I fabbed up and used a couple NRS straps I use rafting in addition to the included mounting hardware and it was bomber. All in all I'm very happy with it, nice to know if you have a level spot ot park you can sleep anywhere.
