Default 2 dr rear driveshaft?

I believe getting rear upper control arms can be used to correct the pinion angle so will this prolong the life of the stock rear driveshaft on a 2 dr that is lifted about 3"? Its looking pretty steep and im probably going to have to replace it at some point but would rather do that down the line. Thanks

the only thing it will do is prolong the life of the cv boot at the pinion. the cv boot at the output shaft will still be in a state of continuous pinch and, that's where you will see your failure. either way, you don't really need to address anything until the boot fails and you'll know when that happens once you start to see grease spitting out from it. once it starts to make a ratching sound, you are done. still, this can take a few months or even a year or so depending on how much you wheel your jeep. in any case, you have some time to save up for a replacement.

Doesn't the increased angle affect some stress on the shaft. I feel a hopping or vibration when fully stopped and drive in Reverse on an incline. I fig it might be the pinion angle making it shake.

You need to get some adjustable control arms to fix this......
