I'm in the market for a new hood. And now I'm having second thoughts on which hood to get. It's mainly between the AEV Hood and the Truck Master Desgins hood.

AEV Hood
Pros:
Looks Cool
Sturdy/Steel
No cutting involved if I want to install a snorkel

Cons:
I hear it collects rain water because of the design and allows it to drip into engine compartment.

TMD Hood
Pros:
Looks Cool
Lightweight

Cons:
Price around $1100 just for the hood
Made out of plastic but could be a good thing like for hail which means it won't dent, but wouldn't it warp with the Arizona 120 degree sun?

If you guys have any additional input on these hoods I should know about before I make my decision they will be greatly appreciated.
