ok... i started to make a stubby bumper but gave up and just got a new one instead. The fogs and tow hooks off my old one have since been sold, so all that remains is the plastic cover and steel under piece. I've already cut one wing off the plastic part, and the steel piece is ready (cut, filed, painted).

This is free for anyone that wants it. If no one wants it to try and salvage it, then its going into the dumpster.
