we are almost done, but can not get the front passenger side coil back on. no room...

do you have a coil compressor? that really helps.

or you can loosen your control arms on the frame and that will drop the axle more and then just torque them back down after you set it back on the ground

Use your factory scissor jack to push the axle down as shown:

I see no need to loosen all that stuff up and re-torque when installing a lift. If you don't need to loosen them don't. I didn't loosen any of mine and my jeep has driven great and not had any bushing issues for over 55000 miles.

Sway bars were the only things I had to loosen to do my lift.
