Default Rock Hard 4x4 rear bumper and tire carrier questions

I searched and can't really find any good information or pictures of the Rock Hard 4x4 rear bumper and carrier. Can anyone with a first hand experience tell me the good, bad, and the ugly on this set up. How was the install? Any rattles? Any likes or dislikes? And of course pictures would be great.
Thanks,
Stephen

Had this bumper on my previous Jeep (2007 JKU)...was a very solid, well built bumper. The only negative was that it places the spare tire higher up than most bumper/tire swings and it blocks your vision out of the back totally. If you are a hard code rock crawler, this was a good thing as it raised your rear clearance substantially...for driving on road it made visibility out of the back much worse.

Very strong, itll jump/rattle when you hit a bump but it's not a deal breaker at all, I like it; and the highlift mount is cool.
The install was fine, it's just super heavy so we used a jack it prop it up to put the bolts through

This is my observation as well....I really like the bumber and don't find the rear visibility an issue since I still have the stock 32" tires. I'll work on getting pics later tonight.

Thanks for the replies. Anyone have the exact weight of the bumper and carrier? Also, any pictures from the side?

I also have this bumper and love it. The owners over at RockHard 4x4 are great people. If you have any issues, they will take care of them quick. Here are some pics of mine.

I actually just installed this on my Jeep three weeks ago. As mentioned above, very sturdy and a great product. I have some very minor rattles but much better than my rattling tailgate. Rear visibility with my 33" is pretty blocked.

I don't know the exactly weight but I'd guess 150 lbs for the bumper and another 60 for the tire swing.

Thanks for the replies. I have the Rock Hard 4x4 front bumper, so I know it is a great product. I will probably end up getting this bumper in the next couple of months. What is the install like? Any drilling or cutting?

No, install is pretty straight forward.

I think it weighs less than that. I picked it up and installed it by myself with the help of a floor jack. By the way, I am 60 years old and don't work out everyday.

Also mine does not rattle, remember the lock is two stages, you have to shove it to get the second stage to latch.
