Default Driver side pull while driving

When I Drive and let go of the steering wheel I pull to the left. It's not a super serious pull, it's more on the gentle side. But I got a 4" TF and 37's. I need an alignment for sure but will that solve my problem? Also notice a very small amount of play in steering wheel before it actully starts to turn..... Bad steering gear box?

try just adjusting your steering centering adjustment first. I get this from time to time and usually this fixes it.

also don't underestimate a tire rotation. you might be suprised after doing it.
