Spare Tire Mount
So here is my spare tire mount...It's a solution that works for me..didnt want it on the tailgait (heavy 35)..didnt wanna pay big money...Ive got $20 buck into it..sturdy as hell..ratchet strap holding it on now..May attach a Baja style mount to it later...we'll see..and yes it affects rearview mirror line of sight...but I'm 6'5 so its not bad..what do you guys think..

Looks good. I am a fan of anyone who can fab something like that.
Do you have a support running forward? I ask because I suspect in a front collision that could be a disastrous solution, a 100lbs of pain headed your way.
Maybe leave it at home and only carry it on trail runs would be the best answer?

..Its very sturdy...on a GOOD trail I'll just throw another ratchet strap over the top and she wont go anywhere..
