Default what should be loosened in front end when putting on a lift?

IV saw some people post that control arms and other things should be loosened while the Jeep is still in the air when installing a lift. What all should be loose and torqued down after the Jeep is put back down on the ground. New to installing a lift and don't want any surprising death wobble or anything crazy when I'm done. Its a DD. Any info on lift install will help thanks!!!! Oh its a 2010 4 door. Putting RC 2.5 springs and shocks

So when you say loose they need to be completely loosened both ends then drop the jeep and torque every thing back up

Does it also apply for a 1.75'' spacer lift? I installed mine a month ago, I did not loose/retorque control arms and trackbars, but it ride great. No problem so far.

Like dirtman said, it does not need to be off the ground necessarily just loosen it all up shake out around so it all settles in and torque down to spec. Only should take thirty minutes or so
