Default Disconnecting rear sway bar

Does disconnecting rear sway bar links help any when rock crawling? I don't see any quick disconnects for back and wondering if it would help or hurt? Anyone with experience on this?

It is generally agreed upon that the rear sway bar is flexible enough to not require disconnecting. It's a good balance of stability and flexibility as is.

Never found that it made a difference.
