Default How do you silence your HiLift when its in cab?

I got my JeepSwag HiLift Jack mounts for the in cab. I really like how it hides jack insight the cab and keeps it away from the outside elements. However, now that it is in the cab it is really very loud, especially on bumps and off road. Do you know of any way to silence the HiLift so it is not as loud inside the cab?
Thanks.

Put it on the hood

Seriously, the isolater will stop 99%, mine drove me nuts until I put the isolator on and I still ended up putting it on the hood due to it was in the way for the dogs to get in and out.

A handle isolator and i filled the hole of the baseplate with RTV silicone. No rattles at all.

I got a handle isolator and then removed the base plate from the jack. Wrapped the baseplate in a towel and put it in the area where the factory jack was in the rear storage area.

Put an isolator on the handle (home made or purchased) and bungie the base plate to something that the bungie hook is able to hook onto. This is what I do with mine, and it silences it pretty well. Even though I mount my jack outside, before silencing the base plate I could still hear it inside, and although it wasn't really annoying, I just like to minimize the "normal" sounds my Jeep makes so that I can better hear any "abnormal" sounds that require attention.

Nice. Never thought about that approach for the baseplate. I'll try it this weekend.
