I made the trip to northridge last Monday from Vancouver Canada to have my gears done.. Well I must say it was well worth the trip.. Not only did the mechanics install the gears fast and properly, they also tightened any loose nuts and bolts. They put right all the small things that where wrong!!! AT NO CHARGE!! :-) My jeep drives like I never thought it could!! Almost like a car haha.

The staff.. Everyone that works there is friendly and knows their jeeps. Shipping, sales, service, technicians every department and of course the man who started it all Dave where all simply great people! daves wife made me up a HOUND sticker for my jeep in about 3 minutes!! Thanks again for that :-)

I will go there again for sure. I'll be at the grand opening ( to be announced) and will go down there for any future major repairs because these are people I can trust.

I agree Northridge 4X4 is exceptional. Super, old fashioned customer service you don't see too often these days. I'm planning a pilgrimage to Washington to get my gears done this summer. Can't wait to meet them in person.

 

Dave is a gem, wish I was close enough to pay a visit for my gears.

Ok... So I have been driving my jeep all week and just realized ... They fixed my e brake cable too!!!! They didn't tell me about it hahaha

Northridge 4x4 is definately where it is at!! Dave has been tremendous and knows his stuff inside and out. He went out of his way and above and beyond to resolve a minor issue I had with some parts I bought and all I can say is thanks and you will always have my business.
I have gears going in my JK the week after memorial day and wish I could have Dave's shop doing it. I have a buddy's shop doing it that specializes in racing. In all seriousness we really could use a great shop like his in the East.
