Default My Homebrew Flowmaster Trail Exaust

Finally got rid of that rock magnet in the rear. Its a Flowmaster 40 series and new piping out the back( helps to have friends that have a tubing bender). Everything is tucked above the frame and axle level. I love the sound, it has a nice gurgle at idle but stays pretty tame while driving.

Looks good but I would have the exit tip bent up for more clearance. Just sayin'

Thanks for the compliments fellas. I did consider going a little higher on the tip but when you look at it up close, it looks like it would be keeping too much exaust gas trapped under the back of the Jeep during my day-to-day driving. Im going to take it out this weekend and test it over some obstacles and see if you are right though- should be a pretty easy fix if I have to lift it up a little.

Nice! That reminds me of the muffler I had on my '70 Camaro.
