Default LOD Gen 3 Rear Tire Carrier - SHORTY LINKED??

Does anyone know if LOD is going to come out with a LINKED SHORTY Rear Tire Carrier set up......I think that would be awesome and I can't think of any reason not to.

I would assume that once the bumper (any width bumper) is installed and the pivot or bearing post is installed, the linkage of the carrier (either to the bumper or the tailgate) shouldn't matter how wide the actual bumper is?

Is this just not something they feel is worth making?

Wow, nobody wants one of these....I guess that is why they don't make it.

Would anyone buy one if it were available?!?

Not a fan of a rear stubby. I'd like the protection of a full bumper.
