Best Way To Black Out Lights
I couldn't find any cheap replacements for mine so I ended up spraying them. It's very easy to do and look great. Only costs $20 as well.
Here is what i did:
-disconnect lights
-remove bulbs
-remove housing
-scuff the lens with a 3m scuff pad
-spray 3 very light coats of Nite-shades paint (let dry after each coat)
-spray 3 coats of clear (let dry after each coat)
-reinstall
If you didn't have to let the paint dry this is a 10 minute mod. Super simple

Would hope to find it locally. I would expect that UPS or whoever to charge a Haz Materials fee to deliver an aerosol can of paint?? Do the chain auto parts stores carry this stuff? Any brands to avoid?
