Default Extended Breather Questions

So I'm looking to extend my front and rear axle breathers this weekend. Anything I should know? Do you just use the existing breather, use a double end hose connector and run the extended hose up into the engine compartment? Do I have it right or am I missing something? Oh and do you install anything on the end of the extended hose like a one way valve?

I am on my phone so it will probably be easier for you to find it, but follow the writeup in the Project-JK section.

If you get under the jeep and look up along the firewall you should see them. Mine had green 1 way valves on the ends.
