Is it seriously $70ish for a replacement lens for $100 set of lights? I accidentally dropped one in my excitement of opening the box and I find it hard to believe there isn't a basic replacement for a better price!

which series light? 500's?, 1000's?, Black Magics? I'm assuming 500's if they ran you around 100 for the set.

 

Yeah. Just some Black Magic 500s.

 

That stinks. The first set I ordered came with a broken lense. I called the company I ordered from and they sent a replacement w/o requesting I return the broken ones. I have 6 Hella 500 Black Magics on my rig, and one spare thanks to the broken shipment. I was looking for a replacement lense to complete the broken set but the price was too close to the set price. If you are going to run them w/o the hard cover, I recommend the clear covers for them. Cheap insurrance IMHO. You can see them in this pic I believe.

 

yeah i'm gonna get one more set of black magics for the windshield and i'll pick up a couple sets of the clear covers. do you have the 500s or 1000s?

 

I have both. The 500's are in that picture, and I have the 1000's on my bumper.
