Running an unlimited with 6 speed tranny and thinking of swapping my 2.5" teraflex coils for some slightly taller. I know I will need to address front castor, but do I need to do anything about the rear driveline with a stock shaft?

With a 4door, the rear shaft 'should' be ok at that height. Rear arms wouldn't hurt, but wouldn't be at the top of my list until you do replace the shaft with an aftermarket.

Thanks, I didn't realize that was an issue at 3" lift heights. I thouht rear uppers was only for correcting pinion if you needed to run an aftermarket ds.

I have a 4 door with 3.5'' lift kit and 35'' and i dont have rear aftermarket drive shaft, only in the front. Going off road 3 times a month and nothing happens, but next year ill change my rear drive shaft just because im going 37'' and a little more hard core off roading.
