I just went thru that and like other posters stated depends on bumpers winch etc.....
I went with the OME light duty with Nitrocharger sport shocks.
total lift was 2.25" front 2.5" rear. 09 unlimited
My buddy same lift 2" front2.25" rear 07 sport.
I know everyone loves thier own lift,But from what I had stock to now completely different feeling.
The only comparison I could tell you about is my friends 09 unlimited with the Teraflex 2.5" coil lift, his rides harsher.
Hope this helped a little.

IMO you cant go with Rock Krawler or OME, both good quality. But, you have Teraflex and Full Traction too.

Rock Krawler 2.5'' Stock Mod or 2.5'' Mid Arm could be a good choise for you, HD full steel arms, smooth on and off road, amazing flex and abuse proof warranty!
I have the 3.5'' Mid Arm with 35'' and no regret at all, and i have a lot of room for 37'' (next year im going 37).

OME have the 2'' Long Travel lift kit, very soft and good quality, i think shocks are include with that kit... not sure...

Guess it really depends on what your trying to do with it wheeling wise. I've had my TF 2.5" BB on for about 5 months and very happy with it. I swapped over to stiffer stock coils 18/59 and Rubi shocks and netted about 3" of lifet or slightly more. I just swapped over to TF 9550's. I run it with 35's and have no major concerns. I go wheeling maybe twice a month and have had my TF BB on a decent grade obstacle course a few times. Like I said, it all depends on what it is your looking to accomplish.

I have coil spacers on my jeep right now but I just ordered the TF 2.5 coil lift with fox shocks because I hate how stiff it is with spacers. If you want a cheap lift go BB but if you want a nice ride get a coil lift with GOOD shocks!

i have the ome and really like it. Get the light duty one if you dont plan on aftermarket bumpers, etc or carry a lot in the back. Get the heavy duty one otherwise. i have both and they both are good. The light duty is a lot softer of a ride. The only thing different I would do is go with long travel shocks, since I have upgraded so many other parts.

I went TERAFLEX 3" and it got me 4"
I bought the kit the with the 4 flex arms.... I added the Teraflex trac bar.... It's beefier and stabilizer. I love it.
