Default DTC after regear and ARB install

So I just had my Jeep regeared to 5.13's and installed an ARB locker with 35 spline chromoly axles in the rear. I also had TF C gussets welded in and new ball joints installed. I got my rig back from the installer and ABS, brake, ESP/BAS, and Traction Control (car with squiggly line?) lights all went on. I tried shutting off the ESP with the steering wheel dance but the lights were still there. I tried putting my settings back to stock with the Superchips and redoing my settings. But the lights quickly came back on. Then I used the SC diagnostics and got the following DTC:

C102A
Left rear wheel speed comparative performance

C1035
Right rear wheel speed comparative performance

Not sure what this means? I then cleared the codes with the SC but again lights quickly came back on.

Before I take it to the dealer, has anyone experienced this after similar mods? And does anyone have an idea how to fix? Thanks.
