I put 37"s on and got instant death wobble. Looking under the front you can see that the track bar bolt is oval. I know that I can weld washers in and all that but I want to brace the steering box also. Anyone have experience with JKS setup?

Looks great, but it says it may not work some drag link flip kits. Are you using a flip kit?

I have another company's flip, I'm going to call JKS on Monday to check compatibility. I am hoping that someone has or has experience with the kit. I have Currie arms.

I have no experience with that kit, but i have first hand experience with what happens when you put too much stress on the sector shaft. I think even with know death wobble, if you wheel your jeep with 37's, this is kit is a good idea.

Also, i wouldnt use regular washers to fix the "wobbled out" track bar bolt hole issue. Make or get some washers that are 3/6 to 1/4 thick and weld one on each side (and both ends). I would think this should help get rid of the death wobble.

Thanks for the reply! If I didn't get this kit (today I ordered from jeeperz creeperz for $211.50) I would have welded in the washers. The kit comes with a whole new bracket. They said the sector shaft brace won't work with my track bar (Currie) so I'll check it out first hand and if it doesn't I'll order theirs.

do you have a jks track bar? when i had a jks track bar (early design for jk) i got a death wobble and jks replaced it with a newer design track bar ( looked like 20% strong, heavier, and different bend). no more death wobble.
