3`` lift!! ????
Im going to order a 3`` lift here shortly... just want to fit 35, have better articulation seems pretty simple..NOT its a difficult choice when looking at full traction, and theres 3 choices..
1: economy lift ( no control arms or trackbar but have the brackets)...
2: premium plus (front and rear upper control arms and front and rear trackbars)...
3: ultimate (all 8 control arms, both trackbars)
I just want to do it right the first time and not change or need anything for a couple years.. Its my DD and light wheeling for now lol you all know how light wheeling can be...
please explain why should go with choice 1,2 or 3! and tell me if i need anything ex: steering stabilizer etc etc..

ok i just got my lift in, here is what i did
Teraflex 3" kit (shocks, springs, bump stop, rear trackbar bracket, brakelines, etc...)
Front Adjustable Trackbar
Front Upper and Lower Arms
rear Lower.
i went with both control arms on the front because i felt its more important to get my caster and pinion angle correct than the rear for obvious reasons.
im sure i could have survived without any control arms in the rear honestly

I did a 4" and added adj front lower control arms to correct the master. I am going to go with the rear upper adj control arms also. From what I've read on here that seems to be the way to go.
At that height, front lowers will be plenty for caster correction. If/when you lose the rear driveshaft, you will want rear upper arms for the pinion angle. (if you want to move an axle forward/backward in the wheel well, you will need both sets of arms).
Adj trackbars are not 'needed', but again, at that height, having the axles centered under the frame is a good thing.
You keep mentioning that you want to do it right, so do it right. Front lower and rear upper ca's and both trackbars at a minimum.

I went through the same thoughts, though mine's not a DD. I use it for wheeling on weekends. Full traction ultimate, period.
You will net more than 3" as previously said. You will get maximum adjustability. and the Ultimate kit arms are the beefiest I've seen. You will have more than enough clearance for 35s. The ride on and off road is amazing.
I have bilstein 5100s. stabilizer question has less to do with lift and more on upsizing your tires from stock.
Last consideration. If you want to leave the possibility of going to 4" later for 37s, all you have to do is switch coils. And look at your drive shafts as previously mentioned. Wayolife has a write up on the forum on these. had the set-up on his rig originally. you should read it.
Good Luck
