will this kit fit on a 2008 4 door unlimited X. i have tried to find if its compatible and i cant seem to find the answer. Anyone with an 08 unlimited X running this lift? or know if it will fit one?? 500 bucks after the rebate is a smokin deal.

Hey, Cody. I'm running this lift. It will be on one year in September and I LOVE it. For a DD with occasional medium to difficult wheeling, there isn't a better bang for the buck once you factor in the $500 rebate.

As for the drive shaft, any lift that is 4" high will increase the likelihood of eventual front DS failure. What I recommend is for you to inspect it at every oil change to make sure the boot at the transfer case is in tact with no signs of grease flinging from it. Once that starts, it's only a matter of time. As I mentioned I've been running mine for almost a year without incident. I'll be changing my oil and inspecting it again next week. I don't suspect I'll find anything.

Do an advanced search on the forum for "Ranch 4" lift anybody try one here". You'll see lots of satisfied Rancho customers.

PM me if you want additional. Information. Good luck
