I picked up a USED RockHard rear bumper with tire carrier for dirt cheap because the pivot bearings on the tire carrier had worn out and the big billet aluminum nut on top of the pivot had been lost. I emailed Rock Hard customer service hoping to buy replacement parts and Brian responded within 30 minutes. He offered to send the replacement parts free of charge, even though I didn't buy the bumper new. Wouldn't accept payment. That was 3 days ago and I just received the parts this afternoon.

Now THAT's what I call standing behind your products and providing outstanding customer service. I know who I'll be buying my sliders and skids from.
