Default New Wheels - Steering Wheel Shimmy - Need a picture

I ordered wheels and threw them on last night. I get some steering wheel vibrations when driving, but at random speeds. I called the place where I ordered them from and they said they'd seen this before on Wranglers and that I need to take the front wheels off and look for little metal clips on the rotors and remove those so that the wheel can seat properly on the hub. They said these clips only purpose is to hold everything together during the assembly process.

1. Does this sound right?
2. Any chance anyone has a picture of this so that I'm not ripping off the wrong thing?

Thanks for the help.

Looks kinda like a washer with a lot of teeth, one on each stud right against the rotor.

Found a pic:
