Default Largest tire on stock jk

I bought a 2011 Jeep Wrangler 2Dr Sport with the 17s and can stand my factory car tires any more. I will be adding a mopar winch bumper and winch soon. With all that in mind any advice on tire size, without rubbing, and what tires? I drive alot on the street and once a month, at best, I get to take it off the road, trail riding, deep mud, snow. I'm considering Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ. I'm a first time jeep owner and any advice would help.

The MTZ are awesome. Great both on and offroad. We have them in a 33 on our TJ and DuraTracs on the JK. If you have the spare money I would certainly go with them.

Any interest in a small lift? Otherwise you might be better off with rubi takeoffs.
