Default looking for some help, rc 2.5" bb

I was attempting to install the lift on my 08 wrangler unlimited i started on the rear. I was able to get it all in except the new longer sway bar links. No matter what i did i couldnt get them to line up, i even tried putting the stock ones back but that did not work either. Not sure whats going on here , any advice will be greatly apprrciated.

You just need to make sure that whatever is holding the axle back from allowing a full droop is disconnected. Use a floor jack to lift it back up when your ready to fully connect the sway bar links back up.

When I did the lift on my 2dr I had to d/c the ebrake cable from the bottom of the tub. unbolt the bracket holding the brake lines to the frame, rear track bar and forget what else.

But if you have all the other parts off then that should only really be it that can hold it back.
