Default B&M trans cooler install useing Compression fittings?

When I install the new Trans Cooler I was thinking of cutting the Hard line to the O.E. Transmission Cooler (Bottom of Radiator) and using 3/8" compression fittings to secure the new Lines. Has any one here done this? These fittings sound better than Hose clamps to me.....Whats your opinion?

When I installled my Derale PS cooler, they supplied barb fittings and (escentially) heater hose. Your installing this thing on the low pressure side of of the system, so compression fittings with hard line all around probably isn't necessary. It'd work though!

Radiator hose clamps on double barbed end fittings work great. Absolutely no leaks. Hose clamps should be tightened a little more than snugly. Do not over tighten the clamps, or you might cut into the rubber hose and cause leaks.
