Default What rack options for Congo Cage?

I have this cage and the "utility bars" that go with it, and looking around to see what would be my best option. I always thought it would be one roof box Thule type, but now I think a 'classic' rack will be more practical and less bulky when not in use, but better steel or aluminium? 'flat' or 'basket' type? Is the Kargo Master a good one and better match, or I could also use a Rhino Rack for example (which I could source locally instead of engaging in an overseas purchase).

My loading needs at the time would be: couple pair of skis and boots (occasionally four pairs of each); suitcase/boxes/bags combo in case on long summer trips; and I also plan to load in the rack the kelson (hope is translated right ) and the floor of the inflatable boat (perhaps also the - stinky - fuel tank and gear), eventually the spare tire, etc.
I dream someday with some expedition somewhere but for now these are the needs. I made some searches in the forum and there has been a lot of talk about racks and options, but none cleary starting from the Congo Cage.
What do you suggest?
