Bestop Highrock 4×4 rear bumper with tire carrier, where tire carrier attached to tailgate, and the Bestop HighRock 4×4 Slider Step Black ?

A couple of us tried to find this out about a week back... For only 650$ for a tire carrier and bumper I'm def. intrested! Didnt get any feedback from anyone though... Anyone running this set-up here?

Nice protection if you mount them in the "UP" position. 
Kinda defeats the purpose (IMO) in the down position unless you gotta have a step up for some reason. Got the Shockworks myself and they can be used as a step anyway.
