Rear suspension issue - trackbar
Just installed some rear upper and lower rock krawler adj arms. Needed to move the rear (currie 60) back a little to give the 37s room from the pinch seam. Everything went fine a drove fine but when I was under checking everything I noticed the trackbar sits inside of the coil a bit. I jacked up both sides and didn't seem to interfere but not sure what options I have. Rockkrawler said I could weld a new bracket on to move the trackbar back a little. Any ideas? Also the rear swaybar links were pointed forward on the bracket pretty good. I moved the bolts back one wand lined everything up but could only put the one bolt in. Will that be OK? Seems very tight and doesn't move. I could have the other side tack welded I guess. Any opinions would be great

did you weld in new spring perches ? or use coil correction wedges to get the coils closer to 90 degrees ( not bowing ) ? mine did this after installing a 4" lift and I bout the correction wedges along with adj control arms and the coils are almost straight again
no just using the the currie perches and the factory at top. I will order the correction wedges to see if that helps, I assume they go on top correct? i saw the pic of them on Rockkrawler website but not sure how they help???
The wedges go on the bottom with the thick part to the rear.
The picture may fool me, but I'm not sure the wedge will move the track bar out enough. Without the wedge my 2.5 in spring was just clearing the track bar but there was enough movement back there for one corner of the JKS adj nut to score the spring. The spring broke after about 10 trail hours and probably 600 miles.
The wedge gave me about one inch of clearance - it's not hitting now!
It seems to me that any spring lift should include the wedges or other axle perch alignment - but, what do I know!

Rotating your trackbar won't do anything but put it somewhere else on the spring.
I got wedges and they did almost nothing to help me spring bow. It seems like the 60 would already have new perches that would help fix this but I guess not. You should look into the JKS Adjustable Perches.

I'll flip the bar around but don't think that will do anything to help. These Procomp springs are pretty fat. I may order some 3.5 rockkrawler springs and correction wedges as they seem much thinner. Another issue is the rear lower arms I got r for the 3.5 xfactor lift which r longer. I have them shortened all the way now and are at 21. I think I need the shorter ones that are about and inch shorter. That would probably solve it as well. Hmm what to do????
i had these same problems..
yes the bend in the track bar should be down, not up.
u need to drill and tap the other hole for the sway bar... at least thats what i did.

i also got the jks adjustable perches and this fixed the problem completly..
i can now stick my whole hand between the spring and track bar!
