Default Rock Krawler 5.5 vs 3.5 mid arms

I have a 2 door, and im trying to decide if the 5.5 is to tall for it, seeing as how i wont be able to buy 37's for a while, and i have cut flares. i could get the 3.5, and i do have some 1' spacers i could use to do 4.5.

Will i need drive shafts for the 3.5?

are there any rk 5.5 owners out there?

the 5.5 Rockrawler is way too much lift for 35s. U can run 3.5 with 37s if u trim pinch seam and fenders or run flat fenders. u can always add once inch coil spacers like you said when you go to 37s or add a body lift if u want more clearance.

Our dominant sales are 2.5 and 3.5 lift heights. Not alot of 5.5's. 5.5's are big. You won't need a 5.5 to run 37's on your 2 door.

I think 5.5" is too much lift for 35's

Here is the 3.5" RK lift

I know there is someone here running the 5.5 with 37s. But don't do it with 35s. Just get the 3.5. I'm going to be ordering the 3.5 and I plan on someday running 37s with the mods listed above.

From what I have heard from people with this lift, u get 4 inches up front and 3 in the rear so with a 2 door u need a rear shaft eventually. My driveshaft started to die after lifting my jeep but it took a while. I wold make it the next thing on ur list to upgrade.
