Default LED Reverse / work / camping lighting

I am after 2 LED lighting to be used as a reverse light as well as general work/camping light.

I was considering the Dually or Dually D2 LED lighting by Rigid Industries. These are obviously good lighting which produce a good bright light with low amp draw etc...

I just wanted to know if the Dually D2 was an over kill for my described application or should I just go with the Dually and not D2?? It will be a flood type light I am after...

The Dually produces 1300 lumens and the D2 2600 lumens... cost price is Dually $260p/pair or Dually D2 $390 p/pair therefore $130 difference but D2 I believe is worth every bit of it... just not sure if it's going to be too bright??

If you have had any experience or use with these lighting, please provide some feedback!

Cheers!

I would opt for the brighter light. I am thinking if you need lighted assistance to back up at night, brighter is most likely better.

I did not want to spend the money for LED so I mounted KC 3x5 headlights to the racks on the back of my Jeep. They light up much better than I expected. Will work well for setting up camp as well.

However, I am to nervous using large lights without the Jeep running.

Anyhow, if the cash isn't an issue, I would go with the brighter lights. Unless you think they will blind you while you are setting up camp.

Check out OrFab's sheetmetal rear bumper with LED lights. I believe it runs about $600 or so through Northridge4x4.
The LEDs are fabulous and really light things up back there and they don't kill the battery fast either. The bumper is fabulous as well, very well built, great fit and finish.

Here are some pics of mine after I installed the bumpers and after I finally got my 37s on.
