Default Waiting at dealer

Getting a rear bumper put on(I don't have good enough tools), they said they've never done one, and it could take 3 hours!?
I was unbolt the old one....bolt on the new one. With air guns helping should take about 20-40 mins?
I swear dealing with this place since buying it seems like their brains barely generate enough power to move their legs.

I am not trying to be an ass, but how many tools do you need? Maybe a couple of wrenches is all. With a stock bumper, you are right....1/2 hr. Go buy a socket set and be done with it.

I'd love to but wife won't let me spend any extra money, they are putting it on as a part of the deal when I bought it.

with what you just paid them in service fee's you could've bought some wrenches and sockets to do the job yourself...

There is a fellow jeeper down the road from you that will do your mods cheap, has a big shop behind his house and keeps my JK running.

Where is this? I am done for a while on them till some bills are caught up, then it's off to the races again. I walked down to WhataBurger, how much do you want to bet when I go back that my jeep is still sitting where I left it, and hasn't been touched?

X2..Plus 3-4 hours is fair for a dealer. They have to get the jeep in, dispatch to a tech, the tech has to make room for it, put it on a lift (most likely) then F around with an (aftermarket I assume?) bumper, which line techs hate. After that theres billing and paperwork, whether your paying for it or not. Would you rather they said 1 hour and it turned into 4? They're just buying some time in case something doesn't fit or go as planned...

Not much sympathy here...sorry

He said it might go quicker, just giving himself room, I just saw in their shop that no other vehicle was in yet. I don't mind the wait too much, my phone has Netflix.
