Default K&N Air Intake

If I have CAI from K&N, do I have to clean it? I know I have to with a drop in but do I have to with a CAI? If so how do I go about doing that?

yes you have to clean it, you can pick up a K&N filter cleaning kit, it consists of 2 parts a cleaning solution you spray on the filter and let sit, the rinse filter from the clean side, let dry spray with the oil, check for white spots and reapply. Its easy just time consuming.
