Default LoD Rear bumper/tire carrier is in! - Pics on P.2

So now what? Trying to find an installer. The only shop I know of that would do a great job of installing my bumper doesn't deserve my hard earned money (they are nothing but jackholes and pricks).

I guess I could take a weekend drive up to phoenix... (3 hours away)

I was cuious at how complicated the install was so I Googled it... it looks fairly straight foward. I think its one hole to drill and they stress making sure its level. But that doesn't look hard. So it seems to me like if you have a decent socket set and a drill with 1/2 inch bit you should be good to go. I don't know if you have to space or time to do it yourself but it was just a thought as an alternative.

Just do it yourself. I am waiting for my LoD Rear bumper/tire carrier too. Maybe it is at home waiting for me right now. It was supposed to ship late this week or early next week.

The LOD is on the top of my list. Dave at Northridge said its about a 4 to 6 week wait for the rear bumpers right now from LOD. Worth the wait as I use their sliders and love them but I'm torn over which version of their bumper to get.
I got the Gen3 stubby with the swing out tire carrier. I'll hopefully post up pics after I hopefully install it this weekend.

Check this thread I created, is not a write-up but the pics should help. There are a couple of parts that are not too obvious where they go. Also see towards the end of the thread, I posted more pics of the bump stop that attaches to the gate etc.

Hope this helps

Mine is still a few weeks out. Can't wait to get it here and mounted.

Last weekend I got the front installed. Makes you want the rear even more.
