Default Experience with Hanson tire carrier?

Im looking to purchase a rear bumper and tire carrier real soon, and am torn between Hanson and Shrockworks. Im leaning more towards Hanson though because of looks and i have read horror stories concerning Shrockworks. my questions are:

1) how long have you had your Hanson tire carrier?
2)what was customer service like for you?
3)how long was the wait time to get the bumper?
4)do you tow on the highway? (my concern being the built in hitch receiver)
5)what are your complaints regarding the bumper? bumper function?
6)whats are the things you love about this bumper?
7)whats your experience off roading in this bumper?

I've seen the hanson in person and I really like it. I Donny think you would be disappointed with it

I have the Hanson and have had it about 1 1/2 years now; carries a BFG KM2 35" on a 15" ally rim, no squeeks, rattles or shakes and you can check my albums I wheel often and more than moderate. I like the carrier because it swings with the tailgate, no need to un-pin another carrier, it was easy to install and fit well; I did not have any issues so customer service was not needed (I did have the press fit studs tack welded before I installed, wanted then real solid, may or may not be needed) - did that cover all of it? Adding a pic and if you have any other questions you are welcome to PM me.

In my experience seeing a lot of different bumpers, Hanson is by far one of the best quality bumpers you can get.

I have Hanson Front and rear Bumpers and Sliders on my LJ. My rear tire carrier can also fit the cargo system. (I don't have the cargo system yet but I hope to get it someday) I've had my bumpers and sliders for about a year now. They still look new and everything fit like a champ. The guys at Hanson are a great group of guys. Their customer service was excellent.

I can't comment on the Hanson, but I love my Shrockworks. So since you are torn between both, you should enjoy either one. I do however like the added bright reverse lights in the Shrockworks.
