Default Can anyone identify this bumper?

So I got it from scratchndentparts.com/jeephut last Friday and it's supposed to be a rugged ridge XHD rear bumper.
Last Saturday when I opened the rugged ridge box to install it with my friends, we were in some kind shock to see how ugly it was
Tried to ask some JK folks in Houston but none could identify this piece. And the seller is blaming on Fedex on it
Just curious if anyone has ever seen something like this and what's your experience with scratchndentparts.com/jeephut

Maybe rugged ridges front skid? There should be a tag or something on the box with a part number from rugged ridge??

Looks more like a front bumper for an XJ (Cherokee)
