Default How to get Pro Comp wheels clean

Have chrome wheels that look like something got on them. Looks like a have like the soap didn't rinse off and dried. I've tried wheel cleaner, soap, towel drying good. Nothing. Any ideas?

This is "OLD SCHOOL" but go to the parts store or boat store (westmarine, boaterworld) get some stuff called "NEVER DULL" been using it for more years then I care to think about. It is a big wade of cotton with magic stuff on it, pinch off about about 1/2in. and it will clean like you would not beleive. If that still does not give you the results your looking for get some #0000 steel wool it is very fine and if used modestly will not scratch.
