Default iON Alloy (Style 171) 1-Piece Polished Alloy Wheel 18"x9"

Does anyone have experience usinig this rim off-road? I bought a set of these last year for daily driver purposes and figured I'd use the stock tires/tires off the Rubicon for off-roading - but is this iON rim strong enough for having large tires aired down on the trails? If not, then I need to look for something else.

Thanks, Fred

I think the ion is made in the same place my sachhi wheels are on my mazda. I would be careful with them. I destroyed one and bent another. I would get something else. I'm getting Aev wheels for my jku.

Thanks for the reply, that was my thinking as well. Probably be OK on a trail with full air pressure but not aired down. On my old TJ, I had a separate set of steel rims for off roading.
